Electronic Trading Partner Agreement (ETPA)

Our online services are only available to providers who have signed an Electronic Trading Partner Agreement (ETPA).

The ETPA agreement governs the rules by which providers agree to access Individually Identifiable Health Information that PEHP provides ONLY through the Classic Provider Portal.

If you have not previously signed an ETPA and need access to the Classic Provider Portal, follow these steps:

1. Download the ETPA document
2. Sign the ETPA.
3. Send us the completed form via email: providersubmissions@pehp.org. 

Once received, we'll assign you a User ID number and password and communicate this information back to your office.
